Do you offer custom services when working online?

I know couple of platforms where you can get custom orders and I have gotten some of them and I was able to execute them and get payment promptly. Some of this website webmaster forums.

I have never experienced custom service in any websites but I hope I get the experience one day so I will know what you all are talking about because I am naive here

For now, i do not offer custom services when working online. This is because the online platforms which i work on currently, does not require me to offer custom services.
