Do you know how to ride on bikes? And if so how often are you riding on bikes?

Recently I haven't rode my bikes, it's been a while like a year or more since I've been riding bikes with my friends in a nice playground with hills and downs. It is a fun experience to ride bikes and it is also a very good sport. So what about you are you riding bikes? And if so how often?
