Do you have rules for comments on blogs?

Do you guys have rules set up on your blog or site when it comes to comments? I uses disqus for the most part, as they allow people to sign into a service to comment, which stops a lot of spam. But I have also used general comment options where you can use list your name/email/website, and that's it.

With the comments, do you have rules for what they can comment?

I have written rules for comments for blogs and forums. The comments not following these rules will be strictly moderated, I even remove comments that does not follow the rules.

I think that it is always a great idea to have rules because if you do not implement rules, people may start posting spam links and this may hurt the blog for sure.
