Yes I can actually do that when I have a trusted individual or a trusted private organisation to manage it for me, I cannot let out my property to people I do not have an understanding about, I don't just want to regret everything.

This all depend on trust you can give someone your real estate building or business to manage for you if you really have trust in such a person.

As for me I think it's even the best option for getting the best results in real estate business, if it's a big property, it's safer to hand it over to an estate management company to do the job for you, this has the advantage of leaving the maintenance of your property at the expense of the residents and the management company, while you only inspect and spend only when it concerns you.

Its not an easy decision to be taking. Its just better for the owner to leave the business to the parents if he or she have one, if not their is no point to leave it to stranger.
