Difference between Stakeholder and Shareholder

A stakeholder is like a member of the governing body of an organisation, while the shareholder own a part of the companies assets but is not involved in decision making of the company.

There is a very great difference between the stakeholders and the shareholders. The former is used in terms of state management and administration while the later is used in terms of business organisation that's the board management.

The overall thing is that the both of them are going to benefit from outcomes that are affecting the company. The shareholder is somebody who owns a particular percentage of the company while a stakeholder is somebody who does not have chairs but can be able to make money regardless.

The difference is minor depending on the institution they are being used. Stakeholders had to do with the political institutions of the state while shareholders has to do with an informal organisation of business within the state.

The term stakeholder are actually the brainbox of any organsaion in terms of resources and interest for the business, while shareholders are persons that buys into the reserve of what the stake holders decides to give out for investment,

I think a shareholder has part in company also a shareholders refer to those investment who have part, while shareholders are those who has interest in the company.

The stakeholders of the company are the decision taker. They run the business because they possibly own the business, while a shareholders do not own the company but they have a share in the company.

It seem we share the same taught. The shareholders are not necessarily the decision takers. The decisions is taken by the stakeholders and they are the major decisions taker.

The two words can sometimes be missing the changed because of just how similar they are but they are different. A stakeholder in a company is somebody that has something to lose even without owning shares. A shareholder is somebody that has a particular percentage of the company and can be directly affected.

A stakeholder is usually to refered to w member of the ruling or governing body of a company not business. The shareholder refers to those who buy shares of a company that is listed in the stock market.

That's exactly the true definition of stakeholders and shareholders. The shareholders are not the decision taker , they just share In the overall profit of the company.

The basis explanations as to what a stakeholder are, which deals with officials of the government most especially the state and shareholder who deals mainly with an organisation or business company.

I think a shareholder in a business organisation refers to a person that really controls the resources for distribution to a workers and others. While a stakeholders maybe the person in control of every activities that is happening in a business organisation.

I think the difference lies with aadministration. that's stakeholders has to do with state management and control whole shareholders has to do with business management and control.

A shareholders are people who owns part of a public company through buying of shares while stakeholders are people who are interested in the running of the business or company

The both of them are very related in the way in which they look like even though they are not the same. A stake holder is somebody who stands to benefit from happiness in a company while a shareholder is somebody that has stocks.

They're all very important when it comes to the decision making processes of that organisation, and they all try as much as possible to bring in top-notch information that would lead to the progress of the organisation .

Both of them are very important and are interdependent on terms of decision making process. The stakeholders are involved with the state affairs while the shareholder deals with business organisation.

They are all adding value to the organisation through their various input and also how they are trying to make sure the organisation stands the test of time, and not just fold up.

I do not agree with you at all. The stakeholders are the decision makers. They are They the company's management while the shareholders just own part of the company and they are given dividend.
