Pension fund is a good thing. I will advice and individuals to have a pension fund because it will help them during old age. A lol of old people are struggling today because they didn't have pension fund.

Saving for the retirement period is a great idea. A lot of people believe it's too early to start savings for the pension, but I can't be of support for that as time doesn't wait for anyone. One can start at this period of time.

In my country here how they arrange for pension money as soon as you started working from the day you where employed them have started saving your pension money till when you retire from the job.

However, I've seen that occasionally people who are hired by third parties are not eligible to this.

I don't really know much about pension i believe that's because I am not a government worker, if you are one of them I believe you'll have a good knowledge on what it is.

But if I consider that people who have not done so so far, should think about the future and their pension, they should invest monthly or according to their possibilities or comforts. It can be through the bank or an insurance company.

I would like to start one through an insurance funds since my employer doesn't provide this service. I would like to work for at least five years while trying to build a business though before I start.

Actually raising a pension fund more early is really good because it will helped and build you up in some risk management through experience and understanding of the business or investment.

If you are about to retire I'll advise you to start up a business online or even offline, depending on your pension funds alone will not be a good idea, you need to have a source of income.

It is always good to have at least a pension plan that is seperate from what your own organisation has arranged for you,because you will be able to put in money at the pace you can be able to afford.
