Did you ever get ahead of a higher ranked employee?

Sometimes such kind of jealousy could be harmful because sometimes the co-worker could do something that might be harmful to you in the first place. In such case, it is important to discuss this thing with the employer.

This is actually one of the reason why I always like for things to go normally the way they expected to go in any business organisation that I'm working. This is because people can actually go to any extent to deal with you if they believe that you have taken away something that rightfully belongs to them.

Everywhere I've worked, you have to reach some certain level before you can get those higher ranks, those higher rank employees have done what it takes to reach there in term of whether education or experience

Well it do occur at my side most times, especially if you are having a higher educational level, you rank will be higher than those with low level education plus your salary.

Yes, a higher level of education is quite beneficial in professional life as well. I have seen many people with higher education being promoted to higher ranks as compared to those who were senior in terms of their job experience but had less education.

Actually and sometimes I considered such incidents as a luck because no official member will ever feel happy seeing his junior getting to a higher position no matter how hard you have worked yourself.

Personally, I believe that it's not the right thing to do when it comes to promoting staffs. It's going to put in a lot of hatred and enmity among the staff for a junior staff to come and topple a senior with promotions.

sometimes such things happens in a business venture and it is not by your own wish. When a business owner sees that you work harder and better than an old employee, he can make you the head. That is how it is in the business world.

Well I haven't been working in a company but I believe there are certain individuals who might have had such experience.

It may not be an easy task because I believe, there will be alot of challenges but hardworking and persistence can give you that.

I have not really experience that because in my country they certification more than anything. Even skillful people are manage by someone that's not that skillful but with higher qualification. Before you can be promoted, they will advice to go more education.

I think people that mostly do that are those that have connections in a business venture. If you have your family member as a top person in the business you can get ahead of higher placed employees.

I have been working very hard in the organisation I am currently working for right now and I have never try to get ahead of my boss because it can lead to jealousy at work .

it is actually bad for jealousy to lead people to kill each other. I have never heard of that in a working environment before. But actually a lot of people have evil mindsets. That is why in a work environment it is better to be focused.

It all depends on how many connections you have. When you run a business for a really long time, you tend to make connections and establish relationships with people in the same field.
