Developing sites with moving graphics/games etc

Has anyone here built a website that had moving graphics within the sites code? And maybe sites that have games built into the site. Does anyone here like to build sites like this? Do they work for you?

I do not like sites with moving graphics, I have never tried building sites with moving graphics and videos because these kinds of graphics make the site slow and I do not like slow loading sites.

There are some platforms that are using moving graphics but this is cost because you have to pay for the expenses they use to run the site moving in technology. WordPress, Shopify are websites used to design online store.
