I'm a big fan of the pomodoro technique. Basically, you set a timer for 25 minutes and work until it goes off. Then you take a 5-minute break, and start again.Rushing for deadlines makes us feel really stressed, but still many of us still choose to procrastinate. Interesting! I’m gonna try using this technique too. Thanks for the tipI'm a big fan of the pomodoro technique. Basically, you set a timer for 25 minutes and work until it goes off. Then you take a 5-minute break, and start again.
When I feel like procrastinating, I use that technique to force myself to start working. Once I get started, it's much easier to keep going because I know that all I have to do is get through 25 minutes of work before taking a break. If I'm not feeling like working at all, sometimes all it takes is knowing that I only have to do some work for 25 minutes before taking a break so that the idea of working doesn't seem so overwhelming—and then once I start working, it's much easier to keep going since there's no longer an end date in mind!

I never procrastinate because I know that it will be stressful a while before deadline, so I always make a to do list and put my urgent and necessary tasks at first.Rushing for deadlines makes us feel really stressed, but many of us still choose to procrastinate.
