Do you realize your customers can become your brand ambassadors? Let me exemplify. I buy something from a certain store, I liked the store very much because they sent me the product quick, provided prompt support, offered high quality product for a good price etc. When someone asks me about where to buy, I will suggest the store where I bought. Based on my suggestion, my friends and family will certainly check the store.

You have rightly said "Satisfied customers are your brand ambassadors." However, your customers will become your brand ambassadors only when you are selling high quality product for a low price. If you are selling the same products which are already being sold by big brands, you may not be able to generate sales.
 
Now this is very contradiction, "selling high quality product for a low price." If you are selling for a low price, you cannot sell high quality products and if you are selling high quality products, you cannot sell for a low price.
 
well yes, your quality will make people recommend other people to check you, that's been a thing everywhere, that's why you should provide good quality for better price :)
 
Of course it is very very possible for our customers to become our brand ambassadors because of their level of interaction they must have gotten from the use of our products or services and what experience they had from our interactions in person too. So yes, it is possible

I have quite agree with you that customers can be brand ambassadors because when they are well satisfied with the product and services that we have rendered to them they can actually help us to advertise our product and services.
