Customers as your brand ambassadors

There's one multimedia company, during festive season, they run a contest and the best customer for that season is chosen to become a brand ambassador.
That is a strategy most big brands do use,some go for very known face in the society.But most times this coul actually be a cheap means of advertising and creating awareness of your products and services.

That is difinitly a good strategy,when we newly started our logistics and LPG domestic gas supply and delivery outfits,we made an incentive to customers that introduces others to us.And it really worked.

Yes, this is definitely a great strategy. The good thing is that this also improves the customer's perspective about the company and this even creates a long-term bond between the customers and the company.

That was really an encouragement from the customers,as they were very willing to introduce new customers to our business,we gave them recharge voucher to good mout watering discounts from their orders.
 
That is why we really need to take good care of our customers. They can make or break us with their experience or reviews. We must ensure that they are highly satisfied.
 
In another way, we call this "mouth talk," and this is really necessary when we start any new business. If we give good service with quality products to a customer, then without spending a single penny, that customer will promote our business in his circle.
