Consider being an LLC

When starting a website even if you don’t plan to really monetize, I recommend you become an Limited Liability Company. Or the equivalent per your country of residence.

it can help protect you somewhat from liabilities and it can also help you get volunteers because your company can be a legit resume entry for them.

Here we already got tired from those LLP or LLC company registration since our PM made too many rules to bring the economy in Dead position. It was good to register such companies, but we have to spend huge money fro a accountant and Government.
Here most of them are running only websites through affiliates so they don't need any money for Registration.

There are pros and cons of being an LLC versus a sole proprietorship, at least here in the US. The tax situation is better for an LLC as well as consideration of lawsuits that would go after a sole proprietor's home and assets as a downside of being a sole proprietor. A LLC has a better chance at getting a bank loan.

With a sole proprietor you don't have to file annual paperwork, and still get to take advantage of tax deductions for a business.
