Mobile is also a computer's updated shape, it has everything which possessed by Computer.
We can carry mobile from one place to another, but computer has heavier size so it can not carry easily.
We can not call by computer's but we can call by mobile easily.

Basically, PCs and Smartphones are both computers and unlike mobile Computers (which can typically be customized for the company's purposes) Smartphones are commercial-grade devices. Companies can download applications for their purposes onto their devices whereas mobile computers already come pre-loaded with the programs a company will need.
