It only work in specific countries unfortunately, but there are many countries where this application is available, for example I am from Israel and it's working for me but indeed it is not working everywhere....

cash 'em all is a legit app but the earnings here in greece are way too low, also I cashed out 25 cents once and uninstalled the app

That's true, if you are playing games online you'll spend a lot of time without getting paid a reasonable amount of money but I think you should try idle empire.

Cash'em is certainly legit, but you may never have a great time making money in there if you reside in Tier 3 countries as they do not have many offers for certain residents of particular countries.

Personally I didn't use any game playing app for applications to earn money because I know this is waste of time instead of I will your time in just giving time on websites such as Bizdustry to earn good amount of money in no time. Few days ago one of my friends offering me a referral code to login to game website to earn money but my fortunate that I didn't use that game playing app because after sometime my friend lose all of its rewards from that game because that was scam and wasn't legit.

Well alot of people don't like these form of earning since it has location or country restrictions so they will be scared if the work in vain because of the restrictions.
