Even though it is not advisable for anyone to venture into any business without knowledge of that business but I think with the right manager and adviser you can invest in real estate even if you don't have much knowledge about it.

I also think that you should not engage in any kind of undertaking if you do not have enough knowledge. Even if there is an adviser I guess it is better for you to first learn the trade and have a full knowledge before you engage. That will spare you from unnecessary failures.

Engaging in a business without knowing what the business is all about is one step to becoming a failure in that business, there's no how anyone would do well in something they have no idea on or something they're totally blank on. Truly knowledge is power, it is the knowledge you have about something that gives you the power to overcome the challenges you are likely to face in it. So it's impossible to invest in real estate and be successful when you have no idea on what it is, the only time you can invest on real estate and be successful is when you employ the services of one who is knowledgeable in real estate aside that if you go ahead in investing in what you know nothing about you would regret your actions and loose instead of gaining, one who is not informed will be deformed therefore the knowledge must be there for the investment to be a success.
It's risky to jump into any business without any knowledge about it , this normally happens when you see your friend succeed in the business but that doesn't matter , I will advice you do a research before you start anything to avoid loosing your money

This is just the problem. Once I see someone close to me in the business and is doing well, we tend to get carried away by their results then we rush into it without making proper research as to how the business really works
