Can someone invest in Real estate business when you don't have knowledge about the business and how it works? Would you succeed in doing such?
No friend. It's not advisable as a business man or woman to make investment without knowledge of your investment. If you try such, there is ninety percent probability that you might make losses from your investment and even if the success set in, it would just be like a form of trial and error method which is not the aim of any investor.

You really need to get yourself acquainted with all the documents that is involved in real estate business before you go into real estate. You need to know about prices, and locations. Without in-depth knowledge you might run into losses.

No I will not invest in it at all because if I don't know it well I can not get profit in it if I know it well then I can get good profit in it if a man wants to start his own business he should know about it as before he starts.

You could easily get into big losses, maybe worse than stocks, if we are talking about buying physical properties to rent: unexpected government taxes, maintenance, cheater tenants, lost lawsuits (cheater tenants really matter). Knowledge is important whatever kind of investment.

It is not the smartest of moves. Don't invest in businesses that you have little or no knowledge of. You can think of having experts handling things for you but trust is another issue. So no, it is not advisable.

I can't invest because once i have the capital ready and I don't have any knowledge on real estate, even if i try to pretend as if i know something about it, the people i want to work with will know and they will try to exploit me so i really need to have the knowledge first before i venture into real estate.

It advisable to have the knowledge of the field even if not much but the little you will be have should be good enough to help you survive the business ,because you not have any idea at all is just like you throwing out money through the window for a thief to have it .

No I really don't prefer myself to invest in such business which I haven't a little knowledge but on the other hand if I haven't knowledge then I will gather knowledge from people and websites and then I will invest and I think it is a best methode of invesment

Invest in real estate ETFs
An exchange-traded fund, also known as an ETF, is a collection of stocks or bonds in a single fund. ETFs are similar to index funds and mutual funds in the fact they come with the same broad diversification and low costs over all.

If you’re angling to invest in real estate but also want to diversify, investing in a real-estate themed ETF can be a smart move. Vanguard’s VNQ, for example, is a real estate ETF that invests in stocks issued by real estate investment trusts (REITs) that purchase office buildings, hotels, and other types of property. IYR is another real estate ETF that works similarly since it offers targeted access to domestic real estate stocks and REITs.

One of the worst thing you can do for yourself is to invest in something you don't have knowledge about. This is called ignorance and it is not good when it comes to investing. The starting point of all investment is to have basic knowledge on how since work. before before you can invest in real estate you just have to occur the knowledge of how the business is run so as to avoid being scammed.

As a trader or investor. If you want to put your hard earned money In a particular Business or Investment the best thing for you to do is to first invest in knowledge after that the knowledge will now then guide you on the dos and don't of the business. So to me investing in real estate without good knowledge is a bad idea

you can actually do that and you can invite some estate Managers to manage and they can handle everything for you but to be on the save site I think you should have a little understanding of real asset investment before you can invite someone to come and handle the whole contract for you.

The initial step you should take towards turning into a real estate investor is finding out about putting resources into general. Begin perusing business journals, for example, the Wall Street Journal consistently. Acquaint yourself with the language of business and investing. Figure out how these people think. You won't comprehend everything from the start however that is OK. You are learning and that will take some time.

Both are significant and you need to add the last piece to that puzzle - SALES. On the off chance that you have extraordinary marking, incredible advertising yet your sales reps can't utilize it well. All that cash and exertion just went down the channel.

It will be difficult to invest in real estate without knowing anything about how it is being run or the work principles. I feel you should at least get the knowledge that is pertaining to the value chain of the real estate sector you want to invest in. You don't need to know everything about it before you begin. After you have started, you will learn in the investment process.

Yes if you are ready to partner with the experts in the field by way of investing on already established schemes

If you do not have the necessary knowledge but still want to invest, you can do it through a "Real Estate" advisor who, if you must have the knowledge, can help you and guide you, while you learn, until you can do it alone. . Since the real estate world is not very complex

Yes I can. Real estate seems to be one of the easiest form of investment that does not require technical knowledge or or know-how. The best the basic idea of things is just to know when to buy and when to sell. Get a choice location look for a good buyer and seller make a profit. You really wont lose your investment because most times properties do not devalue or you could not easily get wiped out of the market unlike other investments which could.
