Can you cut back on cable TV to save money?

Humans love entertainment and cable TV provides entertainment that keeps people glued to their TVs. But in life, there is need to adjust to situations as they occur.

How many people would be able to give up on cable TV subscription just to save some cash. A large chunk of people can not. I personally can.

Can you stay without cable TV so as to use the money for some other pressing things.

I have practically done this and I am still doing it. The cost of cable TV in my place is rather expensive. I don't just bother. I read my news online.

It's not impossible because we get entertained watching cable tv and can do the same with our mobile too so why pay for both when we can do both things on mobile and save on cable tv subscription.
