No matter how advance the technology is there is still going to be traditional marketplace though the effect might be very minimal. It is trough that internet is fast taking over everything but some things will still be left offline to trend.
Can traditional marketing be totally replaced by online marketing?

The advent of the internet and social media has given a lot of businesses the opportunity to take their campaigns online and reach a very large audience even with a little budget. The traditional way of advertising is being replaced by online advertisement. And of course it is very possible for online advertisements to replace the traditional way of doing it.
Covid19 have sinker down traditional marketing. It is not like before, when people print banners, posters, go to the television stations, radios, newspapers etc. Social medias and websites, YouTube etc, have taken over marketing.

It's a big NO. Both traditional and online marketing are important to our businesses. There are people who'll see the product or service while tradtionally advertised and others will see it online. Both are beneficial.
The billboards we see everyday today and way back cannot become obsolete at anytime soon or later. It will remain. And the online marketing can never take that away either.
The traditional marketing using billboards and posters on the roads and streets can never go obsolete. It cannot be completely replaced by online system of marketing for a very long time to come

My opinion is totally possible, we can take what is currently going on around the world, the situation of covid-19 in the world has forced most business to create an online presence and it has become the new normal in our world. Any business that fails to take advantage of the online presence will slowly become obsolete.
No one can underestimate the power of new way of marketing. The era of traditional marketing is now fading to the extent that we hardly see billboard or posters advertising goods and products around anymore.
Although online marketing seems to be the norm now and it's quite effective too but I don't see the normal traditional marketing being fully replaced soon, because not all customers are online there are still some who maybe are not online or who maybe prefer everything offline because that's what they have been used to

Even though online marketing has been growing tremendously over the years, traditional marketing channels like radio, television, newspaper still are very powerful methods
It has been happening and online marketing has been swallowing traditional marketing , but I don't think online marketing can erase traditional marketing because people still uses billboard as a means of advertisement.
It is absolutely not possible for traditional means of advertisement to be replaced by online ways of advertising goods and services because it's not everyone that is online.

The billboard on the roads will still be relevant, but when you compare the rate of success and the input in terms of finance into the two advertisment,the online has an upper hand.With time the rate might not decrease but more busineses will be moving online.
It may not be the first place a business should look to promote their brand, but it can be effective especially in conjunction with digital marketing efforts. So to make a long story short, digital marketing willnot replace traditional marketing entirely, but has unquestionably taken a huge portion of the market.
the online market can never take over the local market because there are a lot of people and the world that doesn't have an idea of how to buy goods and services online, and as a result of this the local market will still exist,and there are some things you can buy on the local market that are too local for you to order it on the internet, local market will always exist.

Well not totally replace, because not everybody is online, but almost everybody is online, but seeing billboards, flyers and the like also give confident in customers that they real.
this is not likely to be possible because there are some things that are sold in the traditional market that cannot be sold online , so no matter what an online system of marketing will never replace the local and the traditional one for now.
Yes definitely it will and to be frank with you it's already happening online business and marketing are already taking over traditional marketing at an alarming rate.

like you said and we confirmed , online marketing is quite dominating traditional marketing , but the fact still remains that online marketing cannot swallow traditional marketing.
I do not think that this will happen any sooner because the concept of online marketing or internet marketing is still alien to many people living in different parts of the world. Traditional marketing methods can never be replaced by online marketing even if online marketing becomes popular.
