Can one start dealing in forex with $10

It depends on the forex broker that you are using that will determine the minimum amount of money you can use for trading , there are some that has a minimum of $50 and in this case you can't trade it with $10 and I don't even see the need to trade with $10 because that won't really be profitable.

Many of my friends use to say i can only start with $100 but most time i use to say online that you can start trading with as low as $10 but the trading condition will be tougher because of low amount

I don't think so. $10 is somehow too low to start trading forex. Most of platforms where you can trade forex have $10 as minimum deposit. So, how are you going to do it? Except you're a guru in forex trading, there's no how you can make headway in forex with $10.

Its very possible to do that but one funny thing is that you will chose a broker that accept this amount some broker even accept lower than this and I think that suppose to be in micro account.

Yes it's possible, most of the site I have seen usually state that you can start your trading with as low as $10, but you also need to understand that in forex trading the amount you use to trade will determine the amount you will make if your trade is successful.

That is one of the thing about forex,you will really need to be financially bouyant for you to be able to make good returns in your trading,that amount is small though but it can still go along way.
