However I believe you are a person with a certain experience in the area and then, you could by following determined guidelines (I'm sure you could easily find some of them online).

Yes you can, but you're not going to be coding, first buy your domain name from Namecheap or GoDaddy then you set up hosting using WordPress, which is beginner friendly, go to YouTube and watch videos on how to do this I'm sure you'll be successful. Good luck!
