Buying properties that were originally owned by criminals or murderers

if it is property that was used to commit multiple murders, i might have my reservations about purchasing it, but if it was not used for such but was owned by a murderer, then i would definitely buy it and remodel the house.

There is nothing bad in buying up a property that you like,but when it is a property that has some issues like the one formally owned by criminal,then it could be a cause for concern,but if its comng from the govt then its ok.

As far the property the documents is legit and its the government that is selling the property, I will buy the house but if it is the criminal himself that is selling the house I will never buy the property.
