Building or buying a house, which do you prefer?

I prefer building a house than buying because most at times the course is almost the same, and some times you must renovate the one you buy to suit your desire.

Building a house gives you more options, but costs a lot more usually. Buying a house already made and set up, can be cheaper, but you don't always get the home you want. But, you can always upgrade the property any way you see fit.

I think it depends on the person. For me, I'm good with either. Whatever I can get for cheap is what I tend to go for anyway.

we all hope to build it by ourselves but unfortunately to do that you need huge money (plot of land given by the government and then you'll start building it)

Depends on your test or patience probably emergencies , but to me I did prefer building my house so I can know my foundation am living in to avoid spiritual stories

Please be rest assured that when purchasing a house that is already been built and finished with all the furniture is that that it need will be very expensive and as same time you will not be able to have an idea or getting everything in the house to your taste and specification.
