When you first started your business there is a period by which your sales are very low, and you are constantly trying to sell your product and promote your product, and you are constantly rejected by customers as well. This si natural part of developing a business and I think that every nbusiness that has been created has gone through this stage. It is either that people are not showign interest in yoru product, or sometimes the product can even sound too good to be true and therefore peopele become very skeptical of it and its use and therefore reject it out front.

Sometimes it is natural to reject those ideas which we do not understand and as humans we are creatures of habit and therefore we tend to go back to the same businesses over and over, and therefore it can be hard to change to another business, hence the constant rejection of the new business.

If you have ever opened up a business, how do you deal with custimer rejection in the beginning? What tactics do you use to maintain your composure despite rejections by the customer? And is persistence the key in winning over a customer or is this going to alienate your customer base even more?

I think in the beginning it happens because no business runs before falling down as they learn many things from the rejections and than they make stoped making mistakes again related to selling purpose.
We human beings naturally get disappointment from the rejections and than we have the will power to manage the business well.
In starting businesses goes to loss side due to some bad customers and their behaviour but later they got settle.

People will always want to relate with existing brands so the fact that they reject your products at the start of your business does not mean you are a failure, is part of business so you move on but make sure you don't give up.

It is natural to be rejected at first instance die to some reasons. The customers may not have used with the method that we are deploying or we may not be doing it in a right way. We only need to sit down and analysis why customer reject us.. Whether it is the price or the way we haggle with them.

If you want to solve the problem of customer rejection, you need to find out exactly why customers are turning you down. If you can't figure it out, the problem will continue.
You can monitor your competitors and found out what they are doing that you are not doing. You should re-strategize and innovate your business so that it will look very attractive to customers.

It is natural I guess when you're rejected by the first few years of your business since it might sound new to them and they still have to know your products first, but I know time will come that a lot of people will know your products soo that's the time only lesser people will reject that.

Yes existing brands would also have gone through this when they started off their business because at that point they wouldn't have had a reputation as they have in the current time. The most important thing to get people to accept your business venture and to not reject the project that you have used to build up a reputation and in order to get a reputation you must suffer through rejection.

This is a very good point as well. It is especially important to find out why a customer is rejecting you and often there is a reason. Perhaps a customer may feel that your product does not offer significant change to what they're already using in which case you can use their feedback as a sort of way to improve on the product that you have.

When you discover that customers are not patronizing your product in spite everything you have done then, you have to look inwardly to observe what went wrong and strategies ways to go in improving your sales. This is important.

Persistence is very good in business but if after persisting for so long then i will recommend that you should probably change or make some adjustments of the business concepts. i believe you you will see changes.

This is the process of continuous improvement when it comes to any product and they must be improvements made to a product or over the course of its lifespan in order for people to like they consider changing over to that product or for them to continue using the product in the first place. It can be quite a hard thing to hear that your product that you have envisioned is not being well received, however you must be able to put aside your personal feelings for the sake of the business.

Every business, small or big, have already experienced customer rejections especially when they're just starting. It is important to see customer rejections as a learning step to achieve success for it is one way that business owners learn from their mistakes and continue to improve and grow.

Clients not patronizing your new business at the beginning is a natural phenomenon as you don't expect customers to start patronage when you are just starting up, for one, they may have old businesses that they were using before yours came onboard.

I think being rejected is expected especially since most of those customers already have a source for your products. It's only natural they don't see the need to betray those that they currently shop from. The onus is now on you to give them tangible reasons to come over to your side. You can achieve this by giving them a product that more than match what they are used to and with the right price.

Rejecting is the normal thing that usually occurred in terms beginning of business or producing product to market, But persistent is the key of gaining customers. It's not advisable to quit a business when we are going through of rejecting, we just need to try and understand people in the business location, we should make research on the existing product weakness so that we will able to know how to gain a customers, we can offer what others don't offer.

Is larger number of the customers are rejecting your products or services in the marketplace, it shows that you're not giving them what they really want. And, if care is not taken she may be out of the business in few time. when such a thing happens critical evaluation is the best way out to tackle the problem. Do a market survey by your products to see what the customer really want.

A very tough one especially when selling perishable items, I once worked in a fast food joint, when we started initially sales were so poor, everyday we would dispose food it was so disheartening.

The best way to deal with customer rejection is patience. This happen mostly when the business is still new and yours re struggling to make sales for your products and services but the best way to tackle it is to be patient and consistent I believe with this two strategy you will be able to make headway with your business in the long run

I would not say that is rejection from potential customers. This is normal as it is part of business. It might simply mean that you have not studied out your business and the business environment before beginning. You should also investigate and know about the products you need to sell or offer in relation to the wants and needs of the people in that environment. If this is done well with exquisite marketing skills, it can be reversed in no time and you begin to make good sales.

This is why many of the new stores start off with a sale in order to promote people to come to them and buy that product. Sometime what businesses do is that they take a risk, and they then sell it off with close to no profit at all, in order to beat the prices of the competitors and try to make it up with other items in the store or try to use this as a way to build a customer base which will then incrementally increase in the future until they have their desired profit margins.
