This thread is mainly intended for those who have never invested, but they are interested or willing to invest. Here are 5 basic principles that novice investors should understand:
1. Your Financial Condition is Healthy
If your financial condition is healthy, it means that you have no debt, and can meet your daily needs by having savings, emergency funds etc.

1. Make sure your financial condition is "healthy"
A "healthy" financial condition can mean many things. But before starting to invest, it's good to make sure you are not in debt, smoothly paying credit card bills, have other savings, and of course: an emergency fund.

2. Choosing an investment instrument
There are many available investment instruments out there that you can choose from, choose the instrument that you understand best and have good knowledge of its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, profit levels. You can choose stocks based on mutual funds, because many people claim that mutual funds are investments with high profit potential. Of course there are many other alternatives you can also choose investments in Cryptocurrencies, stocks, bonds, property etc.

3. Diversification
Diversification is intended not to place all funds in one type of investment, placing investments in at least 3 different types of instruments (hedging). suppose you invest in 3 different types of stocks.

4. Increase Skills
Whatever type of investment you choose, be it stocks, cryptocurrencies, property etc, don't forget to always improve your skills and knowledge. There are many ways such as joining forums, seminars, and reading new articles frequently. Because investing is a long term, an investor must be able to think and predict.

5. Take an active role
Don't just stand still and wait for luck to come to you, but play an active role, because investors have to recalculate or predict every time there is new news related to your investment.

Do you have other ideas / opinions, or if you have questions about investing, feel free to comment.

  1. Invest as early as possible and as much as you can. Compound interest works magic on your money, turning small and steady investments into a big nest egg that buys financial freedom. ...
  2. Take calculated risks. ...
  3. Don't invest money you'll need right away. ...
  4. Don't invest in anything you don't understand. ...
  5. Diversify your portfolio.

Well all the rules are very important but I think the most important thing is increase your skill because if we don't have any skill we cannot play wisely.
If we are going to invest in anything first we should have to learn about that thing through this we will be independent from different people.

Invest as early as possible and as much as you can. Compound interest works magic on your money, turning small and steady investments into a big nest egg that buys financial freedom.
Take calculated risks.
Don't invest money you'll need right away.

Buy Low and Sell high. Sounds obvious right? So why do most people buy high and sell low. because fear of loss is the strongest emotion so when people see a stock run up, they think they are missing the party and jump on the rising stock, giving it its final push up when the pros are getting ready to bail out.

Have a very good knowledge about what you are investing on, diversify your investment in other to manage risk, take calculated risk and be confident, be confident in other to avoid making wrong move out of fear.

All the rules you have mentioned are very useful. A thorough investigation of the company should be carried out. In the beginning man does not know much about investment. He should meet people and see their ideas and then invest.

I would like to invest in stocks in the future but at the moment, I can't afford it just yet. Though I'm trying to trade in cryptocurrency since it has no minimum amount required. Right now I only have few coins but I'm planning to trade into more.

So they should always be mentally and emotionally prepared so that they can get up immediately in case the business they started didnt goes well.

Brilliant standard is-KNOW WHAT ARE DOING
careful information about putting into any fragment is the must.
some other fundamental principles to recollect are:
dissect the danger reward proportion ,play the chances ,be certain however NOT pompous ,only one out of every odd chance is to be gotten ,try not to put resources into voracity and dread feelings

Maybe you’ve been keeping your money stuffed under your mattress or in a savings account — those are options — but a better way to save for longer-term goals is to invest. By investing, you can better combat inflation, increasing your chances of being able to afford the same amount of goods and services in the future that you can today.

Don't borrow to start a business .
You must be financial stable so that you will not be squandering your capital for the business on stomach and basic daily needs
