I know of someone that used this method, he gave out quality services for very low rates, at first we all thought he was loosing out. But he got alot of customers then with time he started increasing the cost. The customers had to choice because they where already used to his quality services

Once you have something valuable and priceless, then you are good to go. Those rich clients will go at any length to get it and that includes paying ridiculous amount to get it, due to the value attached to that good.

As an architect, l came across so many types of clients. Some are very stingy and smart when negotiating with you. Some make promise and break some are generous and they can pay you well. All depends on your packaging, the way you present yourself to them.
